Plenary is an architectural marvel and the centrepiece of the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre. Combining world renowned design with dynamic sound and lighting, Plenary makes a big impact while still feeling intimate, enriching the experience for both performers and audiences.

Surrounded by a wide selection of bars and restaurants, Plenary is centrally located with numerous parking and public transport options.

Ticketing
For MSO performances at the Plenary, our ticket desk is located in the main foyer on the Ground floor. This desk open for ticket collection and sales from 90 minutes before the start of each performance.

Getting to The Plenary

There are a number of car parks in the South Wharf area. Find all the details at MCEC.

Southern Cross Station is the closest train station to the Plenary, approximately 15 minutes' walk away. Patrons can also catch the 96, 109 or 12 tram routes along Spencer St/Clarendon St to shorten the walk time. For timetable information and trip planning visit PTV.

The closest tram stop to The Plenary is Casino/MCEC (Stop #124A), which is serviced by the 12, 96 and 109 lines. From here, the venue is approximately five minutes’ walk along South Wharf Promenade
