Stair-free access to Costa Hall is via the venue's main entrance on Gheringhap St, (Deakin University Student Services entrance.)

The Stalls section of the hall has no stairs, with flat floor and gently-raked seating. Spaces/bays for wheelchair or scooter users are available in the flat floor area, on the ends of Rows A and F, along with companion seating. Other accessible seating options are also available, including seats situated on aisles, without stairs, or close to entry points.

During performances, walkers are generally stowed outside the doors to the auditorium and minded venue staff. The walkers will then be retreived by staff at the end of the performance, at interval or upon request. If you would prefer to keep your walker with you during a concert, please call the Geelong Arts Centre Box Office to discuss options.

Accessible toilets are available on the Ground Floor of the hall.

A hearing loop is available in the Stalls section, Rows F-J. To access, patrons can switch their hearing aid to the ‘T’ position.
