Book tickets with the assurance that, should concerts subsequently be cancelled or rescheduled, you will be eligible for a full refund – including booking fees. As well, if you are experiencing COVID-19 symptoms on the day of your performance, we will extend flexible ticket exchange options to you.

Please ensure that your contact details on file are current, including email address and phone number, so that we may be in touch with any updates.

Cancelled performances

If your MSO performance is cancelled, you will be eligible for a full refund of your ticket purchase including booking fees. Tickets purchased by credit card will be automatically refunded on the date of the scheduled performance, and may take 10 business days to be credited to your account. If your ticket(s) were purchased with cash or a gift card, please email our Box Office at boxoffice@mso.com.au to arrange a refund.

Rescheduled performances

We will contact ticket buyers for rescheduled concerts with new dates once they are confirmed.

If you are an existing ticket holder, you will retain your tickets for the new concert date. Alternatively if you would like to request a refund, or to donate your order, please email the team at boxoffice@mso.com.au as soon as you can.
