Join members of the MSO and inspiring MSO Principal Conductor Benjamin Northey for a whirlwind preparation and performance of a well-known classical work in the heart of Arts Centre Melbourne, Hamer Hall.
We welcome amateur orchestral musicians who, as of the first rehearsal, are aged 18 or over as of 1 May 2025. Instrumentalists must be Grade 6 level or above (or equivalent).
Positions are open for the following instruments: violin, viola, cello, double bass, flute, oboe, clarinet, bassoon, horn, trumpet, trombone, tuba, percussion and harp.
Your position in the orchestra is subject to payment of the participation fee of $175. You must be available for all rehearsals.
