Bequests
Play Your Part
To help ensure the future of Australia's finest orchestra, consider making a Bequest to the Melbourne Symphony Orchestra.
Monies that come to the Orchestra from a Bequest are invested in the Melbourne Symphony Orchestra Foundation and the interest from these funds is used in support of the Orchestra. Therefore the money 'lives on forever' providing funds for the development of young artists and composers, the commissioning of new work, education and outreach programs and international touring.
We encourage you to notify us when you have provided for the Melbourne Symphony Orchestra in your Will. You will become a member of the Conductor's Circle, be invited to participate in a range of exclusive events and acknowledged in all concert programs and the Annual Report. Anonymity will be adhered to if that is your preference.
For further information, or to seek confidential advice, please contact the Philanthropy Program Manager on (03) 9626 1107.
The wording below is intended as a guide and may assist your legal adviser in preparing your Will. If you already have made a Will and don’t want to make major changes you may simply add a Codicil to include the Melbourne Symphony Orchestra Pty Ltd.
