Game Day Gala
MSO board members, corporate partners, Patrons and guests enjoyed a feast of music, sport and entertainment as Emirates presented the 2010 Melbourne Symphony Orchestra Game Day Gala.
The generosity of those who attended the Gala will help bring the joy of music to children across Victoria, by contributing to the MSO’s Education Fund, as part of the MSO Foundation. The Gala raised more than $190,000 for this key element in the work of the Foundation.
As MSO Managing Director Matthew VanBesien announced, the Gala “…is all about raising money to help secure and celebrate the future of great orchestral music for the audiences of tomorrow.” Our warm thanks to all who supported this year's Gala and helped to make the evening such a wonderful success.
